May 31 – Final plant date for corn

June 15 – Final plant date for NFAC (not following another crop) soybeans

June 20 – Final plant date for burley tobacco

June 25 – Final plant date for FAC (following another crop) soybeans

July  15 – Acreage Reporting Date for spring seeded crops – deadline to report planted acres & plant dates.  Also deadline for crop reports at FSA

July 31 – End of insurance period for fall seeded crops

September 30 – Sales Closing Date for fall seeded crops – deadline to sign up for policies for wheat & barley.  Also deadline to change levels of coverage, entity information, or add counties or crops.

November 15 – Final plant date for fall seeded crops

November 30 – Acre Reporting Date for fall seeded crops

December 10 – End of insurance period for corn & soybeans.  All losses must be reported by this date.

February 28 – End of insurance period for burley tobacco.
